The workout with Sa'Quan was very intense. I felt lighter on my feet. After my first full week of training, I felt quicker then the previous week I played. I had quicker jumps off the line. I felt more flexible........... my legs felt like spaghetti noodles. I would recommend Sa'Quan to anyone looking to do speed training. I was glad I had the opportunity to train with him.....

Sa'Quan Hicks worked with me on Defensive back training for alignment and hand placement as well as footwork. Sa'Quan motivated me when I felt like I didn't have another rep in me, he pulled it out of me. He told me good job after every set. I knew and felt that it was real. He did not let me half step, if I had bad form he corrected me immediately. I would most definitely recommend others to train with Sa'Quan. He is a great trainer and knows what he is doing.
